The “Max Headroom Pirating Incident” from WTTW, Chicago, on 11/22/1987. Jacking a television signal, at the time, was nearly impossible for your average civilian to do. (Now, in the 21st century, it’s completely impossible.) So this guy is obviously a genius and a madman, both.
